Emergencies and Out of Hours Care
As a limited service mobile veterinary service we are unable to provide emergency care for your pet. This is because we cannot guarantee the practice vehicle will be close enough to your home to reach you in a timely fashion in the event of an emergency.
As such we advise you ensure your pet is registered with a bricks and mortar veterinary practice and you have familiarised yourself with their emergency protocols, including their out of hour veterinary care procedures.

Equine clients: We are a limited service provider, offering an acupuncture only service. We do not provide any other services for horses and do not provide an out of hours provision. The only exception to this is in the case of a direct complication from acupuncture treatment arising, at which point we will provide care. Please ensure you are registered with a primary care veterinary provider for your horse at all times.
