We believe every pet should be able to pass peacefully in a place they feel safe and secure. If you feel it is time to say goodbye to your pet please reach out via the contact form below or call us on 07849759128. If you reach the voicemail please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Alternatively if you are not comfortable talking on the phone, or you are unable to do so easily, please feel free to text or Whatsapp this number with a brief summary of your enquiry and contact details and we will get back to you. If you feel your pet's condition is urgent then please do not delay contacting your primary care veterinarian. 

Appointment times are typically scheduled between the hours of 9.30am and 3pm, Monday to Friday. Depending on availability if an evening or weekend appointment if required we will work with you to accommodate but these cannot be guaranteed. Same day appointments cannot be guaranteed but again we will always try to accommodate. 

All appointments include a 15 minute telephone consultation to discuss your pet and their needs. If premedications are needed (for example if your cat or dog gets extremely worried by people coming into the home), these can be prescribed and organised to your home by your preferred means, ahead of the appointment. 

In some cases it may be necessary to request a history from your local veterinary practice. By registering with Chapel Fell Veterinary Services you are consenting for us requesting your pets medical history. As part of our aftercare package we will then contact your veterinary practice on your behalf to inform them of your pets passing.
